Here are the basic rules for making a GM Ticket.
Tickets that do not meet these requirements will be deleted:
Before you contact a GameMaster, you must have an event that you cannot control.
The following are NOT considered reasons for a GM Ticket.Stuck: There are many ways to get rid of a stuck situation, first you should try the in-game Unstucker. If that doesn't work, LOGOUT and try our website unstucker. Only after having tried those 2 options, you can open a ticket for being stuck.Unable to revive your corpse: Walk to another spirit healer. If that doesn't work, LOGOUT and then try our Website Unstucker. If that doesn't work, you can open a ticket for Reviving Purposes.Game Questions: Our time is limited. There are many places in the Internet where you can learn a lot about WoW, like http://www.wowwiki.com or http://www.wowhead.comAsking for Items, Gold, Skills, etc.Reporting bugs: GM's are there for ingame support. For problems that need coding, please use the Bugs! forum here http://wow.alasiya.net/forums/viewforum.php?f=8.If your problem is not listed above, you can contact a GM for assistance.CONTACTING GAMEMASTERS USING THE INGAME TICKET SYSTEM The only accepted way to contact a GM for ingame Support is the GM Ticket.
Calling for a GM thru the chat system is not allowed. This includes yelling in local, whisper, and spam.
Tickets enable our staff to attend each case individually and Development can better track problems throughout the server.
Don't ask a GM via chat to read your ticket. It will be read and attended as soon as we can, which could be seconds, minutes, or even hours. However, if you haven't received a reply after 24 hours, resend it, since sometimes tickets may get lost.
Do not use the <enter> key when writing a ticket. Use a period (.) or 3 spaces between sentences. Proper grammar is preferred.PLEASE NOTE Abuse of the GM Ticket system will lead to it's removal.
